This month we have the pleasure of being joined by menopause & aesthetics specialist, Dr Katie Cowie. Dr Cowie is a highly experienced menopause doctor and the only British Menopause Society accredited specialist practising within Rutland and the surrounding areas. During this session, she will be providing a deep dive into female hormones, exploring the little known health impacts of the menopause and empowering you with the knowledge you need to future proof your long-term health. So if you are wondering if you are in the early stages of perimenopause or struggling with symptom control or wanting to understand your options from a reputable source, then this is for you.

As always, there is no charge to attend this talk, and free tea and coffee will be served.
