Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Period

To request a return you must let us know within 14 days from the date of delivery, please email customerservice@rutlandnursery.co.uk to do this. Items must then be returned to us in the original packaging, in an unused, resaleable condition within 14 days of your return being approved.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation

Without these things we may not be able to accept your return. If in doubt please email customerservice@rutlandnursery.co.uk and our lovely team will be able to help you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Food & drinks
  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@rutlandnursery.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. Please return any unwanted items to Web orders, Rutland Nursery, Lyndon Road, Manton, Rutland, LE15 8RN.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
