FreeThrive & Bloom – Chair Yoga:
We do not have to touch our toes or stand on our hands to enjoy the beautiful benefits of yoga.
Yoga unites body and mind with mindful movement and synchronicity of breath. Using the chair for support and stability we can be kind to body and mind at any time throughout our day.
In this workshop we will go through a gentle flowing seated sequence to stretch, restore and encourage mobility and continue with a short standing sequence to develop strength and stability. Concluding with a guided relaxation.
Suitable for any age, ability and level. Come and join Tash Davidson and gather some tools for your well-being box.
As always, there is no charge and free tea and coffee will be served.
