Join us on Saturday, 18th January for an immersive morning dedicated to nourishing your mind, body, and soul as we embrace the new year with renewed focus and vitality. This holistic event is designed to help you reset your intentions, recharge your energy, and reboot your mindset for a year full of possibility.
9:30am- 10:00am: Welcome & Gratitude
We’ll begin our morning with a warm introduction over a revitalizing juice called “Inner Sunshine.” Discover the nourishing ingredients and learn why hydration is key to your well-being.
10:00am – 11:30am: Breathwork & Yoga with Tash Davidson
Experience a rejuvenating yoga session led by Tash Davidson, our in-house yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in Pilates and a deep passion for alignment and inner strength. This practice will focus on grounding, balance, and mindful movement, leaving you refreshed and reconnected.
11:30am – 11:45am: Herbal Tea & Conversation
Take a break and enjoy a soothing herbal tea, connecting with fellow attendees in a moment of shared presence and meaningful conversation.
11:45am – 12:45pm: Guided Meditation
Psychotherapist Kim Thomas will lead a transformative session of guided meditation. Explore bilateral balancing and alternate nostril breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and bring your mind into harmony. This session is designed to cultivate deep relaxation and mindfulness.
1:00pm: Healthy Two-Course Lunch at The View
Enjoy a nourishing, health-focused two-course lunch at The View, taking in the beautiful surroundings.
This event will provide the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and step into the year ahead with clarity and purpose, and is the perfect Christmas present! Spaces are limited.
